This smoothie was spot on! I made it a few weeks ago and have made it a couple times since then. It really does satisfy that fix for a huge, crumbly blueberry muffin bursting with blueberries (and loads of sugar). This smoothie, however, does not have all that processed, added sugar. What it does have, though, is filling protein.
Ingredients:
♦ 1 cup almond milk
♦ ¼ cup frozen blueberries
♦ ½ frozen banana
♦ scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use Vega or Shakeology)
♦ 1 tbsp chia seeds
♦ ¼ cup rolled oats
Just place all ingredients into a blender and blend.
