It’s the Sunday before finals for me, and I am doing everything in my power to chill out.  That’s right, actually chill and relax.

Finals are usually the time that student flip out.  That used to be me, and well, deep down there is still a part of me that freaks out a tad… BUT I can control my stress levels.

a year can change you | Journey for JessiA lot can happen in a year.  2015 has been my year that is without a doubt. I have grown in so many ways and really nailed down what I stand for and who I want to strive to become.  Of course, I am going to give you all a run down of how exactly how I have changed for the better this year, and you will get to see fun pics of some highlights of this year’s adventures with my friends, but to leave it at that would just be unfair.  Unfair because I am not the only one on this planet that has changed this year.  Every one of us has had an adventurous year for certain. sunday relaxation||Journey for JessiI cannot tell you how nice of a Sunday I had–okay well maybe I can.  It was a beautiful day!  Sunny skies, melting snow, warm temperatures…sigh.  It is glorious.  For breakfast, I had half a grapefruit sprinkled with stevia and cantaloupe with ¼ cup cashews (not pictured).  I always pair my fruit with a nut or fat of some sort to prevent drastic blood sugar spikes.

spring semester || Journey for Jessi Classes resumed this week for me!  Yay college!  I actually am really excited about this semester.  What has changed?  The more difficult classes?  Longer and busier schedule?  Nope!  My new outlook on life!  Remember my New Year’s Resolutions?  Yeah, those are still going strong–if not stronger than ever!
