the at-home workout epidemic

So how is your quarantine going? Mine is actually going pretty well believe it or now. I am crossing so many things off my “To Do Eventually” list, moving more throughout my day, and feeling overall more relaxed (you know, when I’m not thinking about the news and current events and future…). One day at a time everybody!

Anyway, I come here to you today to bring you another at-home workout! I know social media is INUNDATED with at-home workouts currently, but I hope my personal training background can offer you more than just some workout. I’m here to help you not only do the movements, but do them CORRECTLY!

In my videos, I break down the nitty gritty of the movements and form to help you nail these exercises. Now is the perfect time to perfect your form, so that when we get back to the gym, you might be able to lift more and/or move WITHOUT pain.

Here is the workout:

Descending repetitions of 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of:

  • bent over rows
  • squats
  • step back lunges
